No, these are basic unmanaged VPS. If you require a fully-managed VPS, please feel free to drop us an email for a custom quotation.

 

How many clients will be put on a server?
It is hard to estimate how many virtual machines will be put on a server because each customer subscribes different plan. However, we do not oversell our server resources so you can expect the ratio to be very low.

 

How soon will the VPS be setup?
We expect the VPS to be setup within 6 hours upon receipt of payment. Please take note that there could be delay due to new IP justification.

 

Do you allow Proxy/Adult content?
US VPS: Yes, we allow legal proxy & adult content on our server
SG VPS: No, these content are not allowed on the network.

 

Do you allow VPN to be setup on your server?
No, we don't enable TUN on our VPS.

 

Do you allow IRC/Eggdrop/HYIP on your server?
We are afraid our networks (US & SG) do not allow such content.

 

Do you allow file sharing/file hosting/game server hosting on your server?
We are afraid our networks (US & SG) do not allow such content.
